1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WPforge website building and hosting platform ("the Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WPforge provides a website creation and hosting platform that allows users to build, manage, and operate various types of websites including marketplaces, blogs, portfolios, business sites, landing pages, news sites, and single-store shops. The Platform includes hosting, SSL certificates, payment processing integration (Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer), and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Pricing is displayed on our website and at the time of purchase. Current plans are Starter ($19/mo), Pro ($49/mo), and Business ($89/mo). All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Platform.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, and Payoneer. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the terms of our payment processors. Payments will appear on your statement under the descriptor "WPFORGE".

5. Prohibited Content & Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Additionally, you may not use the Platform to sell, facilitate, promote, or distribute:

• Illegal drugs, substances, or paraphernalia
• Adult content, pornography, or sexual services
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance with monetary prizes
• Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or vaping products
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Counterfeit goods or products infringing intellectual property rights
• CBD products containing THC above legal limits, or marijuana/cannabis
• Cryptocurrency mining, staking, or initial coin offerings (ICOs)
• Debt collection, credit repair, or debt settlement services
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick schemes
• Any other products or services prohibited by our payment processors, including Stripe's Prohibited & Restricted Businesses list

You may not upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or its users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Platform. By publishing content, you grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to operate the Platform. WPforge owns the platform code, design, templates, and infrastructure. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Platform itself.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer), domain registrars, analytics providers, and social login providers (Google). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. WPforge is not affiliated with Stripe, Inc., PayPal Holdings, Inc., Google LLC, or any other third-party service provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPforge provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, including the prohibited content and activities listed in Section 5. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, and your data may be deleted after 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before filing any formal legal claim.
